At BLACK AI LLC (https://1blackai.com), we strive to deliver the highest quality software and automation services. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms under the commercial laws of the United States of America.

1. Corporate Details

All financial processing and services are provided by BLACK AI LLC, with commercial address at 1000 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL 33131, United States, email: support@blackai.com.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our commercial rules regarding refunds apply based on the type of service purchased:

  • Recurring Services and Subscriptions (SaaS): Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused periods within the active billing cycle.
  • Consulting and Custom Integrations: Custom software engineering projects, AI agent developments, and workflow automations are billed based on project milestones set by written agreement. Due to the engineering hours invested, payments for completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable.

3. Milestone Adjustments

If an AI deliverable does not match the technical specifications outlined in the initial contract, BLACK AI LLC commits to performing all necessary corrections and modifications at no additional cost to ensure it meets the criteria of acceptance.

4. Payment Processing Discrepancies

In case of duplicate charges or payment processing errors managed via Stripe, we will process a 100% refund of the erroneous amount. Refunds to the original card normally take 5 to 10 business days to clear, in accordance with banking guidelines.
